The Smart Way to Manage Indoor Humidity
A comfortable home is a happy home. While your
heating and cooling system
can regulate temperature, extreme humidity levels can affect your comfort and damage wooden floors, cabinets, and furniture throughout your home. A whole-house dehumidifier can be integrated with your HVAC system to keep humidity in the recommended range.
Humidity makes a warm home seem even hotter. With a dehumidifier, you can raise the thermostat temperature five to 10 degrees and even turn off your air conditioner on cooler days. As a factory authorized dealer, we offer
Bryant dehumidifiers that provide reliable, healthy, and comfortable air quality throughout your home.
The Preferred™ Series whole home dehumidifier offers automated operation with zoning capabilities. Designed for quiet operation and compact in size, Bryant’s dehumidifier is manufactured with an epoxy-coated coil for corrosion protection and MERV 8 filter to capture dust particles down to three microns. The Preferred™ Series whole home dehumidifier is compatible with any furnace or fan coil.

Dehumidifier FAQs
What size dehumidifier do I need?
Excessive moisture in a room can lead to mold or mildew growth, or even water damage. A dehumidifier reduces humidity and can prevent rooms from smelling musty or moldy. Measure your room’s dimensions to determine the size humidifier you need. Using a tape measure, determine the rooms length and width then multiply to calculate the square footage. You can use this calculation to determine how large of a unit you need.
Does a dehumidifier cool a room?
A dehumidifier can cool down a room because it removes humidity. Dehumidifiers help your air conditioning unit perform better by alleviating the excess moisture thus leaving the room with cool, dry air.
