  • Should you cover your AC unit in the winter?

    Your air conditioner is built to withstand the harsh elements – including Minnesota winters! We recommend not covering your unit during the colder months.

  • What is considered a high efficiency air conditioner?

    An air conditioner with a SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) rating of over 13 is considered high efficiency. However, it depends on the size of the space and personal cooling preferences.

  • What is the best ductless heating and cooling system?

  • What is geothermal heating and cooling?

  • Should I repair or replace my furnace?

    When your furnace breaks down, repairs can be costly. You may want to consider replacing the unit all together. Consider the age of your system, how often you need to schedule repairs, and your utility bills. If it’s 15 years or older, repairing it may be cost prohibitive. Newer units are much more energy efficient and can save you money down the road.
