These terms apply to your use of hansonsplumbing.com, hansonsheating.com, and to the Hanson's Plumbing & Heating text messaging program. By using our website or opting in to texts, you agree to these terms.
Website use
Content on this website is for general information. Prices, promotions, and financing offers are subject to change and to the terms stated in each offer. Service work is governed by the estimate, invoice, or agreement you sign for that job. Do not misuse the site or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Text messaging (SMS) program terms
- Program. Hanson's Plumbing & Heating sends text messages to customers who opt in. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, technician on-the-way alerts, estimates, invoices and payment links, service follow-ups, maintenance reminders, customer service conversations, and, if you agree, occasional promotional offers.
- How you opt in. You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you book service by phone or online, submit a form on our website, or text us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
- Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to the number that texts you to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. To rejoin, reply START or ask our office.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 800-553-9276 or info@hph.email.
- Carriers. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network and is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Eligibility. You must be the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll a mobile number.
- Privacy. We will not share or sell your mobile number or text opt-in information to third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Hanson's Plumbing & Heating is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the text messaging program.
